JOHN CRACKNELL

As founding Vice President and Managing Director of WDSHE, John Cracknell launched Disney's video business in Australia fourteen years ago. In February 2000, he was appointed to the position of Managing Director and Vice President of Walt Disney International with responsibility for overseeing all Disney operations in Australia and New Zealand. John works with all Disney business units to lead the integration of strategic business objectives within Australia and New Zealand. He also focuses on new business opportunities and integrating business activities in the market right through to the retail environment, where the company objective is to act as one voice at retail.

John continues to act in dual roles as head of WDSHE and Managing Director and Vice President of Walt Disney International in Australia and New Zealand.

NICK CAPES

As Vice President of Finance and Operations, Nick Capes is responsible for all finance, financial planning, production and distribution for the company. Nick joined WDSHE in 1995 bringing more than 15 years of experience in finance, operations, marketing and analysis to the position. Prior to this appointment, Nick served as General Manager for Repco Cycle Company, one of Australia's leading bicycle companies, distributing high quality bicycles, parts and accessories, and fitness equipment, nation wide.

A chartered accountant with a Bachelor of Communications (Honours) Degree, Nick came to Australia from London, via South Africa in 1987.

PETER BIRD

As Director of Retail Sales, Peter joined WDSHE in 1996 with extensive experience in Sales, Marketing and Retail spanning over 20 years and having held senior positions in several FMCG companies such as Cadbury Schweppes, Nestle and Dulux.

In his role as Director of Retail, Peter is responsible for managing our key account relationships and the overall sales, distribution and in store marketing of our extensive range of DVD product including both new release and back catalogue. As part of our Retail business he has responsibility for a team of National Business Managers, State Sales Managers, Trade Marketing and a Customer Service team who service our customer base well in excess of 3500 retail outlets.

ROCCO ZERBI

Rocco is the Director of Rental Sales and brings over 20 years of experience in the home entertainment market. Starting his career in the music industry before moving into the world of home video distribution, where he established and ran his own independent film distribution company, prior to joining WDSHE in 2000.

As the Director of Rental Sales, Rocco manages the successful release into the rental and specialty channel of all new release and back catalogue feature films. The rental channel, already a significant purchaser of product for rental purposes, is seen as a major channel of opportunity for growing retail distribution outlets for retail consumption. Rocco manages all major account relationships, along with his team of National Business Executives and National Rental Sales Supervisor, the execution of in-store marketing programs, and is also responsible for the Telemarketing Centre.

Rocco holds a Master of Business (Marketing) degree from RMIT University.

ROD ANSELL

Rod is Director of Finance and his responsibilities include the preparation of monthly forecasts, annual budget, monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and statutory returns. Rod is also responsible for product and business financial analysis and liaison with the companies US and Regional head offices.

TIM FULLERTON

Senior Marketing Manager Tim Fullerton has been with WDSHE for almost ten years and has worked across all facets of the business in various marketing roles, with early experience in managing the rental business followed by extensive product management experience via many sell-through VHS / DVD campaigns. In a marketing sense he spearheaded the Company's introduction of the DVD format and the early growth of this format within WDSHE.

In his present role Tim works with a team of Product Managers in developing all WDSHE's marketing campaigns and initiatives, working closely with retail and industry partners and with other Disney business units both in Australia and on a global level.
